Your Privacy: kept on your device

Setup

Telcino Practice ("the app") is published by Jack Foster ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, where that information is kept, and the choices you have.

It applies only to the app. If you contact us by email, your message is handled as described in Drill 3.

Setup

To work, the app stores the following in its local storage on your device:

• Practice sessions you build: drill order, titles, durations and any notes you add.
• Drills you save, favourite or customise from the drill library.
• Timer preferences, such as sounds, vibration and keeping the screen awake.
• Basic app settings, such as display options.

We cannot access this information. It is not uploaded to any server we run, and the app does not need an internet connection to build or run a practice. The drill library ships with the app.

Setup

The app does not ask you to create an account. It does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or photos. It contains no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, tracking pixels or third-party crash reporters. We do not sell, rent or share personal information, because we never receive it.

Email: if you contact us yourself, for example from the Support page, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you. We keep the conversation only as long as we need it to help you, and we never add you to a mailing list.

Depending on your device and settings, the practice timer may ask for permission to:

• Show notifications, so you hear when a drill ends while the phone is locked or in your pocket.
• Keep the screen awake while a session is running.
• Vibrate or play a sound at drill changes.

These features run entirely on your device. You can turn any of them off in the app or in your device settings, and the timer will still work.

You download the app from Apple's App Store or Google Play. Those stores may collect information about downloads and purchases under their own privacy policies. We receive only the aggregated, anonymous statistics the stores give every developer, such as total install counts.

If you have iCloud or Google device backup turned on, your operating system may include the app's local data in your personal backup. That backup is stored in your own account and controlled by you and your provider. We cannot access it.

Setup

The app is made for adult coaches, not for children to use themselves. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent age where you live).

Notes you type stay on your device, but please be thoughtful anyway. Avoid writing sensitive details about your players, such as health conditions or contact information, in session notes. Keep that information in the channels your club or league provides.

Setup

You can edit or delete any session or saved drill inside the app at any time. If you uninstall the app, all of its local data is removed from your device. Copies in your own device backups are removed according to your backup provider's settings.

Data protection laws such as the GDPR or CCPA may give you rights to access or delete your data. Because we hold no app data about you, there is usually nothing for us to provide or delete. If you have emailed us, ask and we will delete that correspondence.

Setup

If the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page and its effective date before the change ships. If a future feature ever needs to send data off your device, we will explain it clearly here and, where required, ask for your consent first.
