Quick fixes from the sideline
Most questions are answered in under a minute.
How do I build a practice session?
Open the drill library, tap a drill and add it to a new or existing session. Repeat for each drill, then drag them into the order you want, for example warm-up first, passing next and the scrimmage last. Set each drill's duration and the session saves automatically.
Can I reuse last week's practice?
Yes. Saved sessions stay in your session list. Open one and run it as it is, or duplicate it first and tweak the copy so the original stays intact.
The timer stops or goes quiet when my phone locks.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Telcino Practice and that silent mode and Focus or Do Not Disturb aren't muting it. Turning on "keep screen awake" in the timer settings is the most reliable option during a session. Some battery-saver modes on Android can pause background timers, so you may need to exclude the app from battery optimisation.
How do I skip, pause or add time to a drill?
While a session is running, use the on-screen controls to pause, skip to the next drill or extend the current one. The "up next" panel always shows what's coming so you can set up cones early.
I got a new phone. Where are my sessions?
Your sessions are stored on your device, not on our servers, so we can't restore them for you. If you restored your new phone from an iCloud or Google backup that included the app, they should come back automatically. Otherwise, they stay on the old device.
Do you collect my data or my players' info?
No. There are no accounts, analytics or ads. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
Can you add a drill for my sport or age group?
We'd love to hear about it. Send the drill name, a short description, the age group and the setup using the form. Coach suggestions shape the library.
